周林，醫學博士。2012年畢業于復旦大學獲學士學位，2015年畢業于復旦大學附屬中山醫院獲碩士學位，2018年畢業于復旦大學附屬中山醫院獲博士學位。2019年入職上海交通大學醫學院附屬第九人民醫院。以膀胱癌免疫治療為研究方向，2019年入選上海市揚帆英才計劃，主持上海市科委項目1項。科研上聚焦于膀胱癌免疫微環境，以小鼠原位膀胱癌模型、人體腫瘤組織芯片、公共大數據以及分子生物學技術為研究手段，深入研究膀胱癌關鍵分子及信號通路對腫瘤免疫微環境的馴化，從而促進膀胱癌的發生發展及耐藥，為開發新的治療靶點奠定基礎。以第一作者先后在OncoImmunology，J Urol、J Am Coll Surg 等國際權威泌尿外科學和腫瘤學期刊發表SCI 論文5 篇；此外還以共同第一作者在Urol Oncol、World J Urol等國際知名雜志發表SCI 論文4 篇。1. 專注于膀胱癌的規范化治療。對于非肌層浸潤型膀胱癌，注重疾病的全程管理，降低患者的復發風險。對于肌層浸潤性膀胱癌，注重擴大盆腔淋巴結清掃以及超擴大盆腔淋巴結清掃，延長患者的生存時間；遵循王忠教授提出的修復重建理念，為合適的患者重建新的膀胱及控尿（原位新膀胱）。
